The full room, bar included. Ideal when the weather will not cooperate.

What You Get

Included in Every Rental

One rate covers the room, the crew and the gear. No surprise line items for the things every event needs.

6-Hour Rental BlockCovers load-in, setup, soundcheck, the show itself, load-out and cleanup. $200 per hour beyond the block. Hard curfew at 1 AM.
Capacity150 standing, 75 seated.
Sound & LightingBasic sound and lighting for a DJ or a small band. Volume is managed by our staff to stay inside the local sound ordinance.
Full Event StaffProduction manager, sound and lighting engineer, loaders and stagehands, security, box office and bar staff. Reserved parking available.
Full BarOur full bar, plus optional per-person drink packages below.
SecurityAll events may require additional off-duty police at management's discretion, billed at $75 per hour per officer.

The Details

Booking & Terms

Holding your dateA signed contract and a 50% date-hold deposit reserve your date and time.
BalanceThe remaining balance, plus the cost of all goods and services based on your agreed bar package and headcount, is due 14 days before the event.
CancellationDeposits are non-refundable within 60 days of the event date. Holding your date takes it off the calendar for everyone else, which is why.
HeadcountGuests beyond your agreed headcount are charged at the end of the event.
DecorationsDecorate away — just no nails, screws, staples or anything that penetrates our walls or floors, and no glitter or foil confetti. Low-tack tape only.
CateringCatering options are available — ask us when you inquire and we will put together something that fits your event.
